Steps to open a new ticket
Step 1: Go to e-Ticketing system https://elearnzone.imu.edu.my/eticketing/open.php
Step 2: Fill-up your correct contact information.
Step 3: Select the Help Topic that match with your inquiry
Step 4: Fill up all the fields with your details of inquiry.
Step 5: Finally, click the "Create ticket" button to send it.
Step 6: Make sure you received a copy of your ticket in your inbox email.
