Apply learning framework structure for technology-enhanced learning using various e-learning tools
Apply principles of instructional design to develop online activities to help students achieve learning outcomes of respective scenarios
Use social, collaborative networking web-based tools to enhance engagement in learning & teaching, assessment and feedback
Plan a change management for adoption of blended learning
