2) Enzymes and catalytic mechanisms of enzymes: Nomenclature, classifications and general properties of enzymes, its underlying catalytic mechanisms and basic functions of enzymes by Dr. Wong Chiew Yen
3) Balanced diet and effects of poor eating habits on individuals: Definition of a healthy diet, calculation of Body Mass Index (BMI) for Adult & Children, nutrition for specific conditions such as pregnancy, infants and elderly, issues of over-nutrition and malnutrition, last but not least, common eating disorders among our population by Dr. Lee Yi Yi-
