Students mustMark as done
Introduction
Everybody has different role in life. Whether you are a student, a professional at work or a homemaker, you need to spend your time wisely and effectively. Most people struggle to prioritize the time they spend between work (including study, career and ambition) and life (including areas such as health, leisure, family, friends, pleasure and spiritual development). Spending too much time on either one of these areas may lead to undesirable consequences. As such, it is important to understand and create awareness in one's self to ensure a balanced life.
This module will prepare you to adapt to the process of prioritizing between work and life.

Introduction
Students hold different portfolios at different times and situations in life. The student can be an employer as well as an employee.
When the student is working on a project, he/she is an employee to the the lecturer. At the same time, if the student is the project leader, he/she is also the employer to the team member/ peers as he/she needs to steer or lead the team. This portfolio of the student is interchangeable whenever necessary. -

Introduction
Work-Life Balance is an indicator of quality of life; Work life balance is not about working less but about having control and flexibility over when, where and how to work. Balancing work and family has become a critical issue in Asian countries against a backdrop of globalization and social modernization. As Asia is transforming into a market-oriented economy, the interference between the work and family domains is becoming serious.
Job insecurity, conflicts in the workplace and difficulties balancing work and family life are key components of mental health issues in the workplace.Stress can zap our concentration, make us irritable or depressed, and harm our personal and professional relationships.
Over time, stress also weakens our immune systems, and makes us susceptible to a variety of ailments from colds to backaches to heart disease. Chronic stress can actually double our risk of having a heart attack. That statistic alone is enough to raise your blood pressure!

Introduction
Many a time we give excuses to ourselves that we have no time for exercise, can't relax as assessment deadlines are too close. We may sometime lock ourselves in a room trying to complete whatever task required. Sometime, we reject friends' invitation due to fear or having guilty feeling while enjoying.
